Unprofessional. Love charging you extra. Honestly should check to see if they are up charging you.
They shut you off for non payment not even 30 days apart. Dont try to work with you. Charge you incorrectly. So you leave a voicemail for the manager and they never call you back.
If I could give them no stars I would. This business does NOT run on any integrity. They did NOT notify any residents that they raised their price by 8%. The lady on the phone said that they published it in the newspaper. They also shut off services way before the due date. Honestly they only care about money and making themselves look good. Hopefully a better business takes over this sad business and practices with integrity and honesty. Than theses losers
