This company needs to be investigated. I paid the a security deposit of $160 that included a $5 process fee. Not only did they NOT put it towards like the final bill. They also decided to charge me a late fee when they already had the money. They don’t communicate to their clients they refused to call back. I have had to threaten legal action against them several times. I will be reporting them to the state to be audited. As seen by other reviews from others. This is NOT a good company.
This is possibly the worst electric company I have ever had to deal with. Be cautious with auto pay because they will say they have it through a 3rd party and not attempt to call you until it is way outta control
My bill went up100$ so I checked for leaks and electrical usage and I have used about the same for about 4 months in a row and for some odd reason this month my bill skyrocketed for electric usage and we have not been using anything more in fact we stopped using one window ac which would make usage lower?
Unprofessional. Love charging you extra. Honestly should check to see if they are up charging you.
