It's a good gym. It has plenty of space, a wide variety of equipment in good condition, and many class options included in the membership. It's great to have such a complete gym close to home.
I have been attending TLAC regularly for a few year. They continue to make updates to both the equipment and building and are open to feedback on further improvements. They also offer a great program of kids to developed their athletic skills in Sports Performance. This I highly recommend for young athletes.
I’ve been a member at TLAC for 7 years now, and I can confidently say it’s one of the best gyms around. From day one, the environment has been welcoming, motivating, and supportive. The staff is friendly and always willing to help, whether you have questions about equipment or need advice on improving your workouts.
