Overall it’s not a bad gym, however for the amount of money paid ($50) a month it needs lots of improvements. For instance the cable machines are uneven, which makes the workout ineffective and increase risk of injury. Some other machines are also very old like these cables. For the amount of money they charge I would like better machines and this cable machine at least fixed, instead of remodeled lobby. Thank you.
Will remove this review once the leg extension adjusting slide that’s been broken for almost a decade now is repaired. Also only have week passes for “out of state people”. If yall want to stay t-fits little brother keep up the stingy ambience
I am extremely unhappy with the customer service at Tipton. When my partner and I first walked in, we were mislead by the employee on desk about the correct plan to choose and the amount we would have to pay for a month's duration. We ended up with a balance of over twice the amount we were informed about. Taking up the issue with the customer relations manager and owner of the club was a terrible experience. Edit. Weightlifting platforms and racks are uneven, that said, not all have that. The area also needs cleaning as there is balls of hair or something similar around these platforms and racks. I had originally a bad a experience with one of the spaces and they were fast to address my concern in a kind professional manner. Great communication that highly improved my experience. Thank you!
I've been a member here for 20+ years and this morning when going in to take a shower it was completely filthy. The gym floor and fitness room have hair everywhere. This cleanliness of the facility has really deteriorated over the past year, very disappointing as this is on my side of town.
