I've been a member here for 20+ years and this morning when going in to take a shower it was completely filthy. The gym floor and fitness room have hair everywhere. This cleanliness of the facility has really deteriorated over the past year, very disappointing as this is on my side of town.
Kim and J.R. are the most individuals in this facility. I had originally a bad a experience with one of the spaces and they were fast to address my concern in a kind professional manner. Great communication that highly improved my experience. Thank you!
