The day after my wife left town in our SUV I went to my trusted F-150 which my wife insisted on taking, but I wouldn't let her, and the ignition would not turn over. I live, as most in Deep East Texas, in a Forest, but a section Uber does not even service. 3 tow truck drivers declined but I finally got the truck to Tipton Ford after Boatman was unable to repair. Alex Forney is the best car salesman ever!!! David Mcleland always makes it happen and David in the service department away takes care of me. I drive from Lufkin and I'll leave it at that.
The guys are very professional and knowledgeable! I worked directly with John in service. They provided a complete vehicle diagnosis, and fixed a major problem for me very quickly. 10/10 very impressed with this place!
