I just had a very enlightening conversation with Becky Embry regarding the bookkeeping work at Tipton 66. I can’t comment on their car servicing, but can definitely comment on their need for much better accounting, the fact that she will send your bills to others to get them paid and “avoid small claims court” (AFTER THE BILL WAS INDEED PAID), her appealing to my dad being a great guy to work with, but absolutely NOT understanding what made him great. 36 years of business, and I heard Adam (owner) tell her to hang up on me. ... read more
