Great nail salon! Clean space, lovely staff, and beautiful work. My nails always turn out amazing and last a long time without chipping. The staff are friendly, gentle,and very attentive. Highly recommend.
Been coming to this nail salon since they opened this location. Multiple appointments have been messed up, either the nail quality is very poor and chips after a few days, or they cannot do what we ask. Today, attended for a nail appointment that was confirmed on the phone 3 times to be for 2 people, and after performing one service, informed us they had only booked 1 appointment not 2. this left me sitting there wasting my time for half an hour while my friend had her nails done to not get mine done. Great customer service.
Got the worst nails I’ve ever had here. I asked for square nails, and they turned out thick, chunky, and honestly hideous. I was leaving for vacation, so these were supposed to be my vacation nails, and they looked terrible. I called a couple of hours later to see if they could thin them out and make them look more natural. The woman on the phone said it would be free if I came in within 24 hours.
