Dined here after checking in at the Lodge at Spruce Peak. The kids both got the Tipsy Stix which are rice flour dredged fish sticks. I could tell they were made fresh with huge strips of fresh fish. We got a volcano poke bowl to start and it was tastier than expected. Fish was fresh. Hubby got the fish sandwich which had a different batter than the kids meal tipsy sticks. The trout piccata was good although I could have used a lot more lemony capery sauce. All around very delicious and a good size.
My husband, another couple, and myself sat at the bar for dinner prior to a show at the Spruce Peak performing Arts Center. Lauren was working behind the bar and provided us with exceptional service and menu/drink recommendations. Lauren’s energy was upbeat and created a positive atmosphere for a wonderful night out with friends.
Our waiter Ricardo was the best! Nothing but fabulous reviews for this place - especially because of him!
Clam chowder and the smash burger were absolutely wonderful! One of the bar tenders, Lauren, went above and beyond the call of duty and our waiter made a special birthday desert.
This was literally the best food we have ever had. Lisa our waitress made it the best experience ever. she is so so amazing and will definitely be coming back because of her!!!
