Tiffany front desk representative and Kelly the manager got this one wrong! after having raised the prices by a significant amount, 20% the customer service and fairness went through the window. Error made by the technician and they tried to charge to correct.... very sad
got my nails done last week and one already broke, I went in the shop for them to fix it and the woman at the front tells me it’s $15 to fix ONE NAIL?!?!? horrible management, no customer service at all. Whoever is running this place is money hungry and doesn’t care which customers they lose. will never go here again and will tell my friends to stop coming here also. If you want nails that last, for a reasonable price, DO NOT GO TO TIPSY SALON IN DANIA!!!!!!!
This salon is too expensive for the service they offer; they charge extra for everything. I went to get a manicure and pedicure, and they charged me an additional $10 for the French manicure on my hands and feet, and an additional $5 for removing the nail polish. The manicure was $25 and the traditional pedicure was $35, and I ended up paying $90 for something regular, not gel. The service wasn't the best, and I asked for an exchange because the French manicure and pedicure lines were too thick, and they were upset. I don't ... read more
