I booked an appointment for 5:30 PM and arrived even 10 minutes earlier but the nail technician was just doing another client's nails when I got there. It seems they either overbooked or don't manage their appointments effectively. I waited for 30 minutes and no one even apologized for the delay or the inconvenience. I ultimately had to leave. Very disappointed in the lack of respect for my time and the poor customer service. I won't be returning.

Hai does a great job and they have great prices. Will definitely be going back. UPDATE: Hai is retired and they lied to me about the price of a gel manicure
