Always a wonderful experience! Everyone is kind and attentive. I have always had a good appointment and Essence is amazing. She makea my nails healthy and fit every occasion.
I scheduled mani and pedi for my aunt and sister. They both enjoyed their experiences and will definitely return when they are in town.
Just got my nails done with Shay at Tips312 and she did an amazing job! I absolutely love my nails. Shay was so helpful with choosing the design details and colors. Everyone was super friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back soon!
I scheduled an appointment at TIPS 312 this past Saturday and boyyy do I absolutely LOVE MY NAILS. The customer service was great and the salon is absolutely beautiful. I walked in and had no clue what I wanted but Sienna took great care of me and added a lot of personality to my nails! I will most definitely be back. I do not live close, but the service here is worth the trip!
They do great work but I hope they realize it is illegal to add a surcharge to debit cards . They charge a $5 credit card service fee for every service and are only taking card . That is illegal in IL if the party is using a debit card .
