I recently made an appointment for 3pm. The day of the appointment i was called and asked to move my appointment up to 10:30/11. We settled on 2:30. Unfortunately the hour long CTA commute was not on my side and i was 20 minutes late. I had a great experience getting my nails done for the second time ever! I got the "Men need their nails done too" service by Shay and it was such an amazing experience. The ambience was great, whoever was in charge of music was killing it, and the customer service was top tier. Looking forward to going back next month
Makai did the perfect green French tip for me
Makai was AMAZING!!! She helped me pick the perfect color and did my French tip flawlessly! Everyone was so accommodating as I needed a last minute appointment and not only was the service perfect but I also finished on perfect time! I will be back ❤️
I am new to Chicago and Tips312 was able to accommodate me as a walk in. The staff at Tips312 were warm and welcoming from start to finish. Shay was my nail technician and she did an amazing job. The services I received included a fill in, acrylic overlay, and French cat eye. I was in between designs and she was patient as I made my final decision. She took amazing care to make sure that I loved my nails through every step of the process and was very responsive to my feedback. I will be back!
