Got my nails done as a builder gel and gel polish at the townsville centre shop. After 8 days all the colour had come off in chunks. I went to the townsville centre store for a resolution where they told me it would cost $50 to fix. I went to the castle town store and they told me they would only do warranty if it was with in 3 days. After reviewing the nail job and establishing that it wasn't my doing that they were damaged they fixed my nails for $20. The most horrific experience in a nail salon ever! The First Lady doing my nails got so annoyed with me apparently not relaxing my hand that she started pulling on my fingers and stopping to take deep breaths. She also wasn’t doing what I wanted. After her pulling and hurting me I asked for someone else to take over. They talked in their language and laughed and the second Lady was rude to me and twisting my fingers and not being careful at all.
