Hannah did the perfect french tip! Very quick and clean, I was in and out in under 30 minutes on a reasonably busy Friday afternoon. I don't usually get my nails done, this was for a special occassion but might get them done more often after my great experience.

Got my nails done as a builder gel and gel polish at the townsville centre shop. After 8 days all the colour had come off in chunks. I went to the townsville centre store for a resolution where they told me it would cost $50 to fix. I went to the castle town store and they told me they would only do warranty if it was with in 3 days. After reviewing the nail job and establishing that it wasn't my doing that they were damaged they fixed my nails for $20. i had such a lovely experience here yesterday! thao did my nails and she was so kind, understanding, and really made sure i was happy with everything. she listened to what i wanted, checked in with me throughout, and went above and beyond to make sure i left with nails i loved. i didn’t say much at the time besides a quick thank you (i was a bit shy!), but i wanted to leave a proper review to say how much i appreciated the care and effort she put in. thank you thao! 💖
