Have been going here for quite some time and always enjoyed my Pedicures. But today, was a different story. Man with the beanie rushed the whole experience, not relaxing at all. Very rough cutting my nails and only massaged briefly, which was totally unpleasant, kept pressing ( rather than rubbing) hard and fist pumped the top of my feet. Didn't even attempt to shave my heels. Upon payment, I advised the lady of my unpleasant pedicure, was not offered any discount or aplolgy. Was in the store for a total of 25minutes!!! Have never had a bad experience here. All the staff have been fantastic. Have gone to a few other salons and have always regretted it. Castletown store is by far the best in townsville.

I’ve recently moved to Townsville and this is my first experience with the salons up here? The water first of all was way too hot and no staff bothered to ask how the temperature was I had to speak up and tell them to turn it down. Then it was followed by a lazy two second foot massage and buff which did nothing to get off the hard skin. And now there’s this lazy shoddy of a paint job one of the ladies did that looks like it’s been done by my two year old with no care just quick simple job that looks unfinished. Got my nails done as a builder gel and gel polish at the townsville centre shop. After 8 days all the colour had come off in chunks. I went to the townsville centre store for a resolution where they told me it would cost $50 to fix. I went to the castle town store and they told me they would only do warranty if it was with in 3 days. After reviewing the nail job and establishing that it wasn't my doing that they were damaged they fixed my nails for $20.
