I love this place, it’s the only place I get my eyebrows waxed and I’m a member with them. While I understand it was Valentine’s Day, and I understand it was quite busy when I came in…. no matter how much I think about the process I simply can’t wrap my head around how I got such a nasty cut from an eyebrow wax…
Went in as a last minute thing and asked to get a pink set with 2 basic charms and multiple times asked them to fix the shape and make the nails thicker but was refused with everything I said and my charms came off the day after I got the set and I already have chips and broken nails after not even a week due to the nails being too thin to be durable.
Been a customer for many years. Last few visits I have walked out with a couple of sore and bleeding fingers from staff being rough and rushing. Was going to go elsewhere today, wish I did!! Between 3 different staff taking 1 1/2 hours to do my nails, I ended up with 7 bleeding fingers!!! Never again will I go there.
Worse manicure and pedicure by far. Paid $98 total. Manicure was so bad, lady did not even trim nails. I told her to trim with a clipper, instead done it with a file which was so uncomfortable, I told her to trim right back to prevent nail breaking in a few days which would be a wayse of money (my nails aren't strong) . Lady then proceeded to use electric nail filer, which frigging proceeded to burn me not one, not twice but nearly every finger I had to tell her to give it a break and not leave the file in one motion for soo... read more
Went tonight for a pedicure and a full set. The full set is great but the technician was SO rough when filing. I actually thought my nail was about to fly off and fly across the room. I've been getting acrylics in establishments like this for about 15 years and I've NEVER experienced this level of aggression when filing. Tone it down girl. When painting the top coat missed alot of my nail and I had to ask to get it fixed up...
