I usually have such a great experience, but last weekend I was in for a gel mani/pedi. I called and had an appointment and when I arrived 2 people were walk ins at the same time I arrived and were taken first. I waited, ok no big deal. The person who did my nails must have been new…or in a rush, not sure. after he finished the gel manicure he filed my nails down again..like a lot so much my nails hurt they were filed so short. I have been going for years and have meant to review - this place is clean, everyone is nice and professional, they have made it work to see me every time I’ve walked in. Very high quality job every time, thank you!!
After having used this place a while back, I found the quality decreased and switched over to Bling Nails and have a much better experience there. My acrylics last at least a week longer now.
