Sunny does are really good job. Alex did great work and gave my granddaughter exactly what she requested. However, the pedicure Lee gave was awful and the polish on manicure was bumpy. I have had 3 bad experiences with her. I tried to make it work…. Nope I’m done, not paying for sloppy work anymore.
I called over the phone to see how much gel polish would be. No manicure, just the gel. I was told $20. I get there, receive the service and whenever I get up to the counter to pay they told me $25. This was before I even reached into my bag for my card. I asked, “why is it $25? I was told $20.” Sunny acted like she didn’t hear me. I then asked, “is this because I paid card?” She said yes. … . My favorite nail salon in Winter Haven! Always a fantastic job and you can’t beat the price. They do walk-in’s, but my recommendation is to make an appointment so you don’t have to wait long!
