I booked multiple days ago, paid a deposit, she confirmed the appointment but then it was canceled 3 hours before my appointment. No explanation. If you’re going to do this then at least get rid of the deposit policy and 48 hr cancelation policy for clients. It is hypocritical.
I came here for the first time today and Tashara was extremely sweet and thorough. She did a fantastic job with my pedicure. I’ll definitely be a returning client.
