Hi, I want to share my honest feedback about my recent manicure. I’m really disappointed, because my nails were over-filed down to the point where they are red, sore, and visibly damaged. My natural nails were healthy before the appointment, and now it looks like the top protective layers were filed off completely. This should never happen during a manicure. I got a gel pedicure and fill with design. I've been getting designs for 5 years and vary from difficult to simple. I asked for simple after several attempts the lady gave me something that looked like a child did it. I will go to a different shop to have it corrected. I will not return
I wanted to like this place so badly because it is so close to my house however, I will never be going back. I got a new set of gel-x, which is a service I get very frequently at other salons and have never had a problem with. The fresh set I got here looked great but, they only stayed on for 4 hours. I got them done at 2pm and by 6pm four of them had fallen off. I went back to the salon and the re-did the ones that fell off. Within 10 mins of my getting home another one had fallen off. I got my nails done today by Lilian and it was amazing! I would 100% say this is the best mail set I have ever gotten. She was so friendly, kind, and very sweet. I can’t wait to go again and get my nails done by her. This place is so clean and tidy and I love the atmosphere. Thanks Lilian!!
