We had an appointment at 3:30 PM at TIPS Immigration, but it is now 5:00 PM and we are still waiting. We scheduled this appointment one month in advance, yet there has been no proper time management or communication. Two other people who came after us were seen before us, which felt very unfair and unprofessional. We traveled 5 hours from Temiskaming to Brampton for this appointment, and such delays are extremely disappointing.
