Honestly not going to this place again, the owner did not give me what i wanted. I showed her a picture and a video of what i wanted and she still didn’t do it right. Not happy with how my hair turned out at all

I went to ask for a refund bc I wasn't pleased with my haircut at all. The lady immediately answers with "I don't do refunds and I told you your hair wasn't going to look like the picture." That's exactly the problem I answered. It's not a matter of my hair texture or color, which she mentioned. When I had the haircut done I had asked her to layer it for me, she responded with you already have layers and starts taking the cape off. What does it matter what I already have?
