I am a long time customer of this business. I trusted someone else to do my nails today and didn't stick to my rule of only letting a certain lady do my nails. Well...what a mess they are. Nail polish all over my fingers. Resin under my nails so they are "stuck" at the sides. Lumpy finishon top of 2 nails. She didn't care what they looked like. 'll be going back to get them fixed by the best person!
Can I give no stars? Went in to redeem a gift voucher, the owner said it had expired, even though gift vouchers have 3 yrs validity and it was dated 1 yr before. Then when I questioned it, he went to a book and drew a line through the voucher number and said it had already been redeemed and drew a line across the voucher. He said as he was a small business the law didn't apply to him. Needless to say they should expect a call from Fair Trading.
