The guy wasn't prepared at all. The day we went to court is when he finally met with me again and talked about what was going on. The whole time in court he didn't know anybody's name. He's an idiot that tries to talk to you like you're one because he is unprepared. Save yourself some money and from wanting to punch him in the face, use someone else
When going through my divorce, Mr Tipps was very ill prepared. He had never called me to discuss my case prior to us going to court. Then by the time we had gone to court, I had to tell him all the information about what was going on again. Further more misfiled paperwork. I would not ever recommend him again, also very expensive.
Waste of money & time. Clients do all the work. Gruff, rude, inconsiderate. Look elsewhere.
