I suspect that the work was good and the price was reasonable, but the communication was weird and probably left us both unsatisfied at the end. I think it's OK for a customer to ask, "How much will it cost?" and "When will it be ready?" - but it felt like Bike Haven thought these questions were a bit out of line. Not to the dollar and the minute, but within, say, 10% and a day or two. If right from the start he'd said, "It'll be $6-700 to service, and take about three weeks," all good, and I'd have thanked him, walked out, ... read more

Picked up a bike late this afternoon from the guys at Bike Haven and they were amazing. Stayed back after closing time to adjust everything on the bike to make sure that it was suited to me and they gave a lot of very useful information to help me get back into the swing of things, didn't feel rushed at all. Amazing service and a wealth of knowledge. Truely 'above and beyond' service!
