They are very good thorough, they are great with everyone including people with disabilities. They are helpful, they listen & even will test a bike to find out the problem if when doing the usual they do isn't showing what the customer is saying is wrong, they will test rude it to find out then in the shop fix promptly & extremely well. Great service great price. Great variety of products.

I love the fact that if you bring in the thing that you want to have added to your bike with you to their store then it will not cost a single cent to get it done as long as you bring your own one of the part you want installed on your bike
Jarvis took the time to help young fella pick/fit new parts and turn the weathered BMX into his 'dream bike'
Brought in a bike that I thought I’d sent to an early grave. Derailleur was all twisted up and the hanger was badly bent, but Jarvis and the guys at Bike haven worked their magic and now everything is good as new! I’ll definitely be going back, thanks guys!
