Rich was great, he explained everything in a simple way and was happy to be on hand if I had any questions throughout the hire. Was nice to deal with someone who had a relaxed mindset regarding timings, it didn't feel like anything was rushed in terms of drop off or pick up. 100% recommend and would hire again.

Richard responded promptly to our enquiry and set up a brilliant hot tub, gazebo and additional extras. The tub was in good condition and worked well. We were supplied with a waterproof speaker and cup holders as well. I would recommend this service to anyone!
Fantastic service from start to finish. Richard was great from setting up the hot tub and all the great accessories that come with it. He was prompt, respectful to our property and very knowledge. Explained everything very clearly. We used the service for my daughters birthday party and added the hen do package (without the alcohol). She loved it. Would highly recommend and use again. Thank you.
We booked the 'hen party' package for my sons 21st birthday, Rich swapped the prosecco for beer. It was brilliant, the attention to detail, ice bucket, fairy lights, gazebo, set up....all of I couldn't fault. We had the tub for 8 days in total and it was absolutely brilliant. Couldn't fault anything about it.
