Not friendly, very unsettling environment, and for the most part empty, it didn’t feel clean and They have odd hours and odd rules… Two scones a person? I will not return.

I have waited several years to write this review with approximately 5 to 6 visits experienced. I, quite frankly, don't know what the issue is. People are posting pics of toilets and suggest stalking because of baggy clothes--- have you lost your minds! The food is delicious especially the homemade scones! The service is personalized. I might point out the every tea house has rules and methods- it is not fast food or a diner. Know that going in or don't go in! ( Can you imagine what it is like in England!?) The place looks amazing but the owners are somehow the most misanthropic people I have ever met. The website is messy and confusing, and after not getting a call back for a reservation, we stopped by to ask. The place was empty like last time I was there, and the owners were just as cold and unfriendly as the first time I met them, and were somehow overwhelmed by the single customer asking about their tea.
