My mom and I used Tippens and Zurowsky law firm to handle my Pop's hit and run case. Mr. Tippens was very professional and empathetic at the same time. He had our best interest in heart and fought for our rights. We are very pleased with how he handled the case and know he did the best he could in spite of. Other family members have also used this law firm to handle their situation and everyone has been pleased. I would recommend Tippens and Zurowsky to anyone seeking help with their situation.
I was in an accident on December 18, 2018, I went to Tippens and Zurosky to handle my case, Well It has been almost a year and I can count on one hand how many times this lawyer has given me updates on my case. I called them the last time on November 20th 2019 and still have not received a call back. What kind of law firm does not keep in touch with the people they are working for. I thought the customer had the last say in their case. Very unsatisfied with Tippens and Zurosky. Will never refer anyone to them.
Tippens and Zurosky are a great team. They are dedicated lawyers who are determined to help you in the best way possible. Office staff, especially a young woman, Kate, was very helpful on the phone when speaking with her.
Huge mistake. If you want unprofessional inconsistent behavior from an attorney from my experience you may get that right here.
Please don’t ever do business with this very unprofessional law firm, I wouldn’t recommend my worse enemy to this office. I’m not sure about the other Attorneys but Andrea Tippens and his team are very unprofessional they do not return phone calls they will not keep you up to date with your case, the only reason I ever did business with them is because my cousin knows Andrea. Lesson learned I will never ever go back, worse experience I have ever had with an attorney
