Huge shout out to Ryan and the team at Tipke Mfg. We needed an urgent welding repair to a cart that's critical to our Mobile Market food distribution. We dropped it off late in the afternoon and it was ready first thing in the morning. We couldn't be more thankful. Their customer service is off the charts! Thank you Tipke.
Needed a bicycle tow bar for my ten year old foldit cart, and I needed it shipped quickly as I was going over seas to the Netherlands were my Dutch Barge style Houseboat was moored. Although they sent it out immediately, the USPS dropped the ball and it took three days longer to arrive. When I contact Tipke customer service, they apologized for the inconvenience, and refunded the additional delivery cost for the expedited shipping that didn't happen.⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Very convenient folding cart. You can transport it in a SUV trunk. I use the cart to deliver 6 canisters with gas to my boat. If you have questions you get a fast response from the customer service.
I have had a fold It cart for a very long time and use it as intended. The bike hitch failed me twice over the years and have replaced it twice. The failure is in the nylon part of the bike hitch. I bought another one and if it fails again it will be my last.
