I loves way sandwiches and was recently at the Subway in Salem SC. April Scroggs was behind the counter and waited on me. She listened carefully to how I wanted my sandwich made and that I wanted the two halves wrapped separately so I could take half home for later. She did a great job and was a pleasure to order from.
The Carthage Subway is the one I am talking about that is not nice.
The managers are bot nice, especially Amber! You call and people just hang up on u. You order and they get mad when u ask a question! The company doesn't even reply back to how thier managers are rude! There is some good employees but Amber is really not nice!
The worst subway in Saskatoon, the chicken was very old, I was sick for 2 days since that time, not recommending this store
my vegetarian friend was served a non-veg sub with no indication on the packaging. When we calmly raised the issue, the owner raised their voice and got confrontational, which left us feeling genuinely unsafe. They even implied we weren’t entitled to complain since we’d used a BOGO discount code. Worst customer service experience I’ve had — wouldn’t trust this place.
Used brown-turned ham on my sandwich, lettuce brown-old, tomatoes soggy-not fresh. Husband's sandwich-roast beef & turkey had to be discarded due to an "off-bad" taste. Crew not friendly! Worst ever experience & food!
The bread was sale. The lettuce was brown and slimy. The cucumbers were slimy tuna sub with everything on it and got sick after consuming it. This place is a dumb it’s dirty. The quality of the food is disgusting and it’s about time somebody shut this place down before people get sick.
$12 for half a full bowl. What a freaking joke!
The customer service is OUTSTANDING! Yay, Tori, Karina and Kloey for saving the day when the Subway inside Walmart canceled our catering order for no reason. Tori was gracious enough to accept the order, even though we were less than 24 hours away from pick-up. Karina was so helpful on the phone the next day and even at time of pick-up, showing some of the best customer service I've ever seen. And Kloey put together the sandwiches and filled the order with Karina and there wasn't one mistake. Everything went incredibly easy ... read more
