I had a MASSIVE icicle running down the side of my house and was terrified it would fall and cause a lot of harm and/or damage. Iram, Gustavo and Javier safely removed it without causing any damage at all. They were professional and lovely to work with. Great communication and customer service from the whole Tip Top Troughs experience.
Tip Top Trough was amazing during a stressful winter situation. An ice dam and build up of snow caused a roof leak, and they made us a priority, arriving within hours. The team safely removed the snow and ice, diagnosed and fixed the issue, and provided detailed photos afterward. Professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Highly recommend!!!

I've only used Tip Top Trough once but was very impressed by their service and intend to use them again. I returned from a trip south to find that an eavestrough had collapsed due to a build-up of snow and ice on the roof.
