Erick, Gustavo and Kike from Tip Top Trough arrived on time, were very friendly and efficient. They showed me the work they planned to do and also took the time to show me the final product, patiently answering all my questions. They also kept the space clean and left it in better shape than when they found it. I will happily hire them again for any future eavestrough work. Thanks again for the great work!!
TTT provided very good service. They were easy to contact, valued quality, and charged a reasonable price. Pablo and Roberto did an excellent job of repairing and replacing some of our eavestroughs, as well as cleaning others and making recommendations for the future. They worked carefully and efficiently, and cleaned up perfectly when the job was done. We will certainly contact Tip Top Troughs for our next eavestrough job.
Everyone was great to work with from quote to eavestroughs replacement. Shantal always answered emails promptly. The install crew (Gustavo, Enrique and Erick) cared about their craftsmanship down to details. A small touch up was proficiently addressed by Pablo and Roberto in a follow up visit. Carlos and Ever performed water test on our existing gutter systems and an inspection of the roof and chimneys. All work was carried out in a very professional manner and I was provided with a number of videos and pictures which documented the test and the condition of the roof components. Based on the inspection report, we decided to move forward with the replacement of the shingles on the front Mansard as well as new aluminum facia, drip edge and gutter systems.
