Tip Top Trough is fortunate to have a crew of dedicated installers. The team of Vargas, Luis and Kike worked diligently at installing our house’s eavestroughs and downspouts. They organized themselves as a team and worked hard at adjusting the needed changes to address our house’s irregularities. I had a MASSIVE icicle running down the side of my house and was terrified it would fall and cause a lot of harm and/or damage. Iram, Gustavo and Javier safely removed it without causing any damage at all. They were professional and lovely to work with. Great communication and customer service from the whole Tip Top Troughs experience.
Erick, Gustavo and Kike from Tip Top Trough arrived on time, were very friendly and efficient. They showed me the work they planned to do and also took the time to show me the final product, patiently answering all my questions. Tip Top Trough was amazing during a stressful winter situation. An ice dam and build up of snow caused a roof leak, and they made us a priority, arriving within hours. The team safely removed the snow and ice, diagnosed and fixed the issue, and provided detailed photos afterward. Professional, knowledgeable, and reassuring. Highly recommend!!!
