I dropped off four BMW rims with snow tires on them for a switch-over to new Cooper Zeon tires. When I picked the rims/tires up, one of the rims had a large gouge along the edge. I know the gouge was new because the night before I had waxed/polished the rims to take off the old brake dust and check for any damage.
