Had two family events this year and rent 2 large tents for both. The office team is attentive and respond quickly and are very knowledgeable of the products they rent. The weather was not great for the first event that made sure all the panels were on to keep our guests nice and cozy. The second event was hot and sunny so the panels were up and open. This is BY FAR the BEST SERVICE I have had in years and years from anyone. Outstanding customer service! FRIENDLY beyond words! I had a summer wedding this past summer in our backyard. I called multiple times to make changes, and more changes, and each time was greeted with a friendly giggle and welcomed every change, with grace and kindness! We used tip top tents for our wedding tent and I could not have better things to say about this company. When we first inquired with them approximately 5-6 months before our wedding, Arlene responded quickly and was helpful in recommending a size of tent and even the layout of tables we had. It was obvious to us she cared about our situation even before we had decided to use their company. They were extremely compensating with set up and tear down days and times.
