This is BY FAR the BEST SERVICE I have had in years and years from anyone. Outstanding customer service! FRIENDLY beyond words! I had a summer wedding this past summer in our backyard. We used tip top tents for our wedding tent and I could not have better things to say about this company. When we first inquired with them approximately 5-6 months before our wedding, Arlene responded quickly and was helpful in recommending a size of tent and even the layout of tables we had. It was obvious to us she cared about our situation even before we had decided to use their company. They were extremely compensating with set up and tear down days and times. Recently used Tip Top Tents for my brothers 50th birthday party. They excel in customer service, communication and professionalism. Arlene is the best! I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for these services. Only gave 5 stars because 10 wasn't an option.
