Great customer service!!!
Very rude interaction with the sales associate today, June 8th, 2025 at 5:45! Said hi twice and the sales associate rolled her eyes at me! Very unpleasant experience!
The lady who has assisted me both times (today around 12:30, and also last year for a suit) at the store was rude. Clearly hates interacting with customers, and based on previous reviews, nothing will be done about that. Won't be returning.
Great service from the moment I entered this location. Ronnie made my visit super quick and easy. He was very knowledgeable, communicative and gave me a variety of options on different suit/shirt/tie combinations based on what I was looking for. 10/10 service highly recommend, Will be returning!
The staff are quite unhelpful with poor customer service and little knowledge or ambition to help. Even on the phone they are condescending and difficult to deal with
