Was just on a call and Ryan was such a huge help with all of my suit inquiries. Now, everytime that I would call a place if I have questions I really do hope that they have a Ryan on the other side of that phone as he was just super duper helpful and caring.

I went for alteration of my blazer at Oshawa Center location and the tailor was misbehaving without any reason and didn't let me try the coat. They didn't even altered my coat properly. Unfortunately, it was a disappointing experience.
Luisa was an amazing help in helping us decide on attire for my partner. She listened to our preferences, offered suggestions and was very kind on top of everything :) In the end, we bought everything she suggested and was very happy -- thank you so much, Luisa!
Don't waste your time if its for a wedding. They'll try their hardest to upcharge and some employees dont know what they are doing.
