Staff was only interested in folding clothes. Did not offer help and when asked a question, the woman would respond and go right back to folding. Customer service needs improvement.
Went in to find a pocket square for my wedding and found just what I needed. Betty helped me out. She was extremely kind and welcoming, showed lots of options and even offered to help with other parts of my wedding outfit! Great customer service!
I have to give a huge shoutout to Oshi!! — He was absolutely amazing! His service was exceptional, helping me build the perfect suit with a fitted dress shirt, and matching tie. I left feeling confident and well taken care of. Highly recommend Oshi for anyone looking for top-notch style advice and customer service!
