Disappointing Experience – Would Not Recommend Tip Top Tailors outfitted the groomsmen for a wedding party of six that I was part of. Unfortunately, the experience was deeply disappointing. The suits provided did not match the selected colour as noted in their system. Two members of the party only received jackets and pants, and one received a suit in a completely different colour. We bought a suit for my son’s graduation, so many collections and styles for reasonable price. Francis was super awesome, he helped us with the selection and gave inputs from his expertise, way to go Francis!
Worst place to go shopping, zero customer service. The staff dgaf about you unless you're ready to pay. This guy wasted 45mns of my time, keeps telling me to wait but he keeps running around the store and helping other ppl. No one came and asked if I needed help. They didn't even notice I left. It was my first time there, also going to be my last. I went to Moores, I was out in less than 10mns with exactly what I was looking for. Don't go to Tip Top, go to Moores. Better prices and they appreciate their customers way more.
My husband was shopping last minute for a work event and we came in on a busy Saturday afternoon, Gabriel Was quick to help and was a huge help, he also has a great eye for colour coordinations. Plus everything was reasonably priced which was nice to see after visiting a few stores that were very over priced. We were thoroughly impressed with customer service and are happy to say my husband has a new suit place. 10/10 recommend this place.
