Walked into Tip Top Tailors Cambridge Centre and walked out with full suit and shirt same day! The best experience ever! The associate TERRILY walked over to us and asked if we needed assistance . I explained our situation told her the size we needed and BAM! she was on a mission and picked everything perfectly. Took the time to ensure the suit and shirt was perfect. Very friendly and professional . The service was fantastic. Will definitely go back there. Thank you TERRILY for the amazing last minute experience!

My husband and I were in Cambridge for a wedding and he forgot to get a tie. We are not familiar with the city at all so we decided the mall would be our best option. From the moment we walked in it was an amazing experience. The young man who looked after us, Ohi, is truly a credit to the store. He was very professional, and took the time to tie my husband’s tie as well as the one we purchased for my nephew. Not only did we leave with the ties. My husband and I visited this location on July 5th around 4:30 PM. There were about 3 to 4 other customers in the store and two employees working. We walked in and started browsing, but were not greeted for at least five minutes. Eventually, someone acknowledged us from the register in the middle of the store. A young woman asked if we needed help, and we said no at first. When we did find something we were interested in, she assisted us—but her attitude felt quite dismissive.
