My husband and I visited this location on July 5th around 4:30 PM. There were about 3 to 4 other customers in the store and two employees working. We walked in and started browsing, but were not greeted for at least five minutes. Eventually, someone acknowledged us from the register in the middle of the store. My shopping experience was phenomenal. The staff, Devaughn, Ziya and Terrilynn, absolutely delivered on what exceptional customer service should be. They were attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to purchase a quality suit that fit my budget. I would highly recommended considering this your next stop for men's formal wear. Yes, for the great selection but also for the wonderful staff.
I had a very disappointing experience while trying to purchase a suit for my prom. When we asked for assistance, one of the staff members was incredibly rude and unprofessional, making the process uncomfortable from the start. Went here with my wedding party yesterday to get fitted and the team did a bang up job! Paige, Irene and Adrian were very accommodating, professional and knowledgeable in sizing, alteration advice and payment. Definitely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this location! They were also accepting of my parties questionable sense of humour which made it more comfortable (if you have that type of friend group, this is the place)
We visited the Cambridge location to shop for a suit and accessories for my husband (Father of the Bride) last weekend. We were helped by an associate named Lindsay, she was wonderful!!! She was attentive, knowledgeable, friendly and super helpful. My husband is not a fan of shopping and she made the experience fun for both of us. We left happy and with everything we needed for the wedding.
