Was surprised to be disrespected like I was when shopping here. I needed some clothes for a wedding so I decided to go with my family to buy some. Ended up spending $250 on full set. At checkout the worker helping us choose clothes ignored us completely for a few minutes then decided to walk over. After scanning us through he proceeded to try to throw the crumpled up clothes into a bag without folding anything. Very late review. Sorry. My son was in the Midtown Plaza Saskatoon location about 3 weeks ago on a Monday late in the day. He needed alterations and a dress shirt for an upcoming wedding. He said Mom those two women who helped me were just like you!!!! Wasnt sure if that was a compliment or not?! Well it’s a huge compliment. Those women went above and beyond to assist him and nowadays in retail especially that is hard to find. Thank you ladies and of course he didn’t remember their names !!!
Staff was too inattentive, were more focused on families. I mean they’re flipping overpriced and cashing in a ton of money hire some more staff
Shak did an amazing job helping me buying my first suit. He made sure all the color and size were matching. I am very happy with the service and i love my suit
