Staff was too inattentive, were more focused on families. I mean they’re overpricing and cashing in a ton of money hire some more staff
Got fitted very poorly for a suit here. Took it to a tailor and he asked if I lost 30 pounds. The person working there strongly insisted that was my size.
We stopped by to casually check out suits, and Barbara came over right away to help us. Before we knew it, we were trying on suit jackets and finding the perfect sizes. Barbara was incredibly knowledgeable and easy to talk to, making us feel welcome and comfortable sharing our likes and dislikes. The staff were extremely unhelpful. The first lady who offered help did not listen about fit preference and was trying to push the other line. Then she disappeared from helping. I went to get more sizes to try. Two other ladies working in the change room were too busy chatting to help customers and when I asked a question, I definitely felt as if I was imposing on their chatting time. Went into this store with my fiance and 3 groomsmen on Black Friday. Joy was an EXCELLENT help. She was back and forth multiple times helping our wedding party find different sizes, styles, tying the ties, and writing down our information. Very informative, knowledgeable and calm given the busy state of the store. I wish there was an option to leave her a tip.
