Shak did an amazing job helping me buying my first suit. He made sure all the color and size were matching. I am very happy with the service and i love my suit
Honestly, this was such a stressful and aggravating experience. We came in for a friend’s wedding suit fitting, and the old woman helping us was rude, miserable, and clearly hates her job. Zero warmth, zero effort. She sadly might be the manager or something. Told my fiancé to find his friends name in a huge binder, isnt that your job???? Take care of your customers. I had a great experience with friendly service received from Barbara. She showed me things I didn’t think I needed but quickly realized I did. I would definitely recommend tip top for the great clothes and polite employees. I will be requesting Barbra’s help for future purchases.
Walked in to see if they rented suits for our wedding. Only to be told they don't, which was fine. The lady that helped us showed us the pricing to buy instead. The conversation felt very rude and she over talked my fiancee like we were stupid. We walked out unimpressed throwing the information away in the nearest garbage can. Don't recommended.
What a horrible experience. As I was browsing I witnessed a staff member talking very negatively about her previous customer I assume, on the sales floor. I continued browsing but was baffled by the disrespectful, distasteful and borderline racist comments this lady was saying about her customers. I asked to speak with the manager and it turns out the manager was actually the person this staff member was ranting to.
