Just home from Oakville Tip Tip. JOE was our sales rep. He was honestly one of the best sales reps we’ve ever had. So helpful and professional with such a nice demeanour. We ended up leaving with a classy winter coat, couple of stylish shirts and a toque. This is very well cared for store, stocked with high quality clothing (or they’ll order your size + delivery is free to your home) at surprisingly reasonable prices. And the kicker was the excellent service!
Great staff at the front, always personable and make great suits at a solid price! My second time getting a groomsmen suit from them and great experience!

Been a regular here, but would recommend to get better at customer service. Whenever I "call" to check, someone (a male), answers as if doing a favor talking to a customer - constantly interrupts, terse/rude answers - perhaps could use some coaching on how to be a better professional.
