I went to Oakville location with my family. We were extremely disappointed with the service we got from salesperson (Amir ) the minute we entered to the store he was not helpful at all. He was quite rude with all of us and whenever I tried to ask him anything he came up with frustrated reaction. When I asked him politely why he is getting annoyed he replied we taking time however it’s been 20 minutes and we were looking for 3-4 suits which was not possible to get in this time frame. Amir and Milton did a fantastic job to help me get suits for my kids. Excellent service and the suits are of high quality. Highly recommended
I went in for a suit that should have been saved in the system from the grooms visit in Ottawa but nothing was available. Amir went out of his way to pick each piece that i needed and double checked the SKU’s to make sure everything was correct for the wedding. He was very helpful !
