Would not let us exchange pants they sold to my fiance that were too small. Even though we bought them a few days prior and were unworn. Make sure you hold on to all the tags like they are worth millions because even with a receipt you won't be able to return or exchange anything here! Would never go back!
Ida was very helpful in finding the right fit and style suit for my partner. She was very patient and explained the difference between the different types of material and how they would feel AND The proper way to care and clean it. Very professional. Very happy with the service and overall feel of being in the store.
When walking in the store and saying hello we were ignored by the staff who were stocking shelves instead of helping us. When we finally got their attention. They got us an item from the back which ended up being the wrong item and went back to stocking shelves and continued ignoring us with no interest in helping us any further. We had no choice but to leave feeling very unwelcome, so we left.
I was disappointed with my recent experience. I was trying on suit and pants. The ladies recommended I hem the clothing because it didn’t fit correctly. I agreed. This was one of my first times purchasing a suit. I came back the next day to return it as I had buyers remorse. Amanda(manager) insisted it was non-refundable and pointed to the fine print at the bottom of the receipt—but that’s something you only see after purchasing.
