I was disappointed with my recent experience due to a lack of clarity regarding the return policy. I wasn’t informed that the item would be a final sale due to alterations until I came back to return it. Amanda insisted it was non-refundable and pointed to the fine print at the bottom of the receipt. However that’s something you only see after purchasing. There were no visible signs at the counter and nothing was mentioned beforehand. This feels like poor communication and a shortsighted approach. I won’t be returning.

Terrible customer service, very lazy employees, we got 3 of the same suits with different altercations and She did not want tooo put the name on the suits, very very lazy, altercations are not done correctly at all save your money or spend 300$ more and buy a proper suit

I had a great experience at Tip Top, thanks to their excellent customer service. I went in during the last hour before closing, but despite that, Nick took his time helping me without any rush. He even stayed past closing to make sure I found exactly what I needed. I ended up purchasing a full suit set with accessories, and his guidance made the process easy and enjoyable. I really appreciate the effort and professionalism—highly recommend this store. Thank you for your great service.
