Came here with my family to get suits for my brother's wedding. Not only were the suits affordable, but the staff was amazing. Very polite and professional. Will and the team did a great job. Highly recommend.
Will was awesome helping my wedding party find their suits. He was very knowledgeable and provided us with lots of options. However, his real strength lies in his patience, considering we somehow managed to take over 2 hours to figure out 4 guys suits. I love it here due to one man Emanuel who is amazing customer Service this man’s able to actually tail your experience just like your suits to your personality, which is insane like I see how he is with other people and how he is with me because my style and the way I grew up I talk a little bit G-ASF. Was in a wedding party and we got our suits here. We got fitted and got alterations done. When we were getting ready for the wedding my jacket still had all the pins in it and none of the alterations were done to it. I called to let them know as we didn’t have time to drive all the way to Kingston and get them done before photos. The guy on the phone was very apologetic and offered me a refund for the alterations and said he would let the people working Monday know and they would get it done.
