Very unimpressed with the customer service. We were visiting Guelph to take my father-in-law to get a suit for our wedding and the customer service could not have been more different than our experience at TipTop in Sudbury (which was warm, friendly, helpful and excited). We were not greeted, the sales associate was unhelpful with the wedding portal getting him added to the group, and only when we asked for him to try the suit on did she get it. Exceptional service, great staff.
I recently visited Tiptop Tailors in Guelph and purchased three shirts and a pair of pants. The pants were a bit expensive, so I decided to return them the very next day, still with the tags on and unused. I had the receipt and the card used for payment. When I spoke to the manager at Tiptop Guelph, I provided all the necessary documentation and explained that I wanted to return the item. We just visited this store , we came to this mall specifically because of this store. My husband was looking for a dress shirt. We did get a hello when we walked in but that was about it. We were walking around for a good 5 mins and not one sales associate offered assistance. Unfortunately we left without anything and visited another store . Please work on your customer service.
I recently purchased a suit and pair of pants at Tip Top Tailors, and once again, Ali was there to assist me. I’ve had the pleasure of working with him a few times now, and he has never let me down. Ali knows my size perfectly and always greets me with a friendly attitude. Even though I feel like I have an odd shape, he’s always been fantastic in finding the right fit.
