Unfortunately, my experience at this store was disappointing. They advertised a 50% discount, but it didn’t feel genuine and seemed more like a tactic to attract customers rather than a real sale. We only asked for a suit, but the salesperson brought many additional items like a shirt, tie, tie clip, pocket square, and boutonniere without asking for our consent or checking if we wanted them. Pedram was very polite, professional, and helpful. He took the time to help me with a return and made sure everything was handled properly. Great customer service, I would definitely recommend this store.

We had excellent customer service from Foroozan. She listened to what we were looking for and showed us options without pressuring us to buy before we were ready. In the end, we found a beautiful blue suit in my partner's tall size with perfectly fitted pants. We were thrilled to find out that the suit was 50% off costing us much less than we had expected to pay. We will definitely shop there again.

I went to go look for a tuxedo with my fiancé and the man who was helping us today (his name was Pedram, I believe) almost entirely ignored me was extremely dismissive and seemed annoyed with every reason reasonable question I asked. I was asking about how long it takes to order in a tux and how long alterations take and what industry standard is. Often times he fully just went mute and ignored my question entirely. Terrible customer service from one staff member named Merhdad. There were just 3 customers in the shop and just kept ignoring us. Asked a question and he just kept mumbling with his back turned to me. He knew I was ready to pay for my item but he decided to make me wait almost 10 minutes to bill me out. I come here often but not anymore after this. Lost a loyal customer.
