This review has been long overdue (and was already written once last year). Joe is the absolute worst when it comes to communication AND standing behind his work. He’ll complete the work, but any follow-up that is needed such as replacing dead bushes (a few months later) he originally installed AND diagnosing issues with our drip system, goes unanswered.
