It’s disappointing, we purchased a brand new home 4 years ago and roof was done by tip top roofing and there has been reoccurring issues- like crack tiles couple times, ridge capping cracking, this happened 2 years and 1 year ago, we speak to the impressive home (who build the house ) they don’t want to be responsible. We tried to call tip top roofing last week, they are not helpful to get someone to come out.
