Always a wonderful experience! The staff is terrific, the salon is clean & they greet almost every customer by name which says a lot about their customer base. Nini does an amazing job! I wouldn’t go anywhere else.
Had a 10:30 appointment, wasn't called back until almost 11:30. Then they attempted to upsell me on polish and tried to sell me on a full set manicure. Like I would've had time for that after running an hour late on my appointment. Not a super clean looking facility, their live plants we're dusty. Staff is pleasant, but struggles with time management. The pedicure was bare minimum. Unfortunately cannot recommend.
Gnats or flies flying around both times I’ve gone (2022 and 2025) so kinda hard to relax
Got a toe infection after having a pedicure and had to have antibiotics. I think the infection is back too. The nail tech had gloves on but was using her phone 🤢 Will never go here again.
I have been going here for a little over six years for a mani/pedi. Very happy.
