I went in for the Pearl Pedicure, which is listed at $55. During my appointment, the technician (Stephanie) repeatedly tried to upsell me to a higher package with an extra 5-minute massage for an additional $10. I politely declined, but she seemed disappointed. Usually love this place BUT got a gel manicure with Sophia and not only was she rude but she RUINED my nails and left them paper thin. Avoid her for gel manicures and ask for another tech.

Not the cleanest place. They do not autoclave their instruments for cutting cuticles or pushing them back. My toe nails looks sloppy and even after 4 hours of drying them they smudged and I had to go to another place to change the polish.

I use to go here years ago for nails and brow waxing. They use to be great. I went for a brow wax today was charged $15 for a half ass piss poor job. They didn’t pluck the hairs left. Nor did they trim my brows. I came home noticed all the hair still there. It took me about 10 minutes to do what they should have done. They weren’t busy so there was no reason for this woman to rush and leave all those hairs for me to have to clean up after her. I will never go back. It’s a waste of time and money. I really wanted to like this place. The staff is super friendly; however, I won’t be going back. Back in September, I got a pedicure done, and a few weeks later, I took the nail polish off and noticed I developed toe fungus on both big toes . I even went to a dermatologist, who confirmed it. I don’t know if they don’t sanitize their tools properly or if their nail polish is old, but either way, I am truly disappointed and scarred. This will take months to heal.
