A few weeks back I got my house cleaned. When I booked for the services. There wasn't a form of payment, so i had to call and get that situated. So, the day that someone was suppose to come out Noone showed up, until I called asking if someone was still coming. She sent some one, and when they arrived they had no cleaning supplies. I spoke to her about it and she offered for them to leave and come back with their own things, however they were already there. I'm so glad I found Tip Top Maid. My house really needed a cleaning and my skills just weren't cutting it. Tip Top sent a great cleaner and my house has never looked better.

No call/no show. Called multiple times. Was told car trouble. Was told she would come at 6pm instead of 12:30pm per our scheduled agreement. Came late to that. Showed up at 6:30pm, rushed the cleaning where I had to go back over counter tops and floors. Left rugs and belongings is disarray. Nothing was put back in the right spot. Used strong bleach smelling cleaners when I was told she wouldn’t because of my 6 months old. Was told too to bottom clean and that wasn’t done.
