I can’t say enough good things about this place! Every week we would get a few videos with Tucker’s report card letting us know how he was doing. Austin came to our house with Tucker when he was ready to come home and walked us through every step they taught him. I could just see how much he loved working with Tucker and how much Tucker loved him too. Tip Top K9 was amazing! Austin took such focused care on our dogs and was the epitome of patience with them and us. Our cattle dog suffers from severe anxiety, and he worked her through it and taught us how to help her relax. We can now provide a better quality of life for our dogs, and it is because of Tip Top K9–thank you!

The entire process from consultation to each training session was fantastic. Austin was great to work with, our dog bonded with him immediately, and he put a real emphasis on helping us as owners work better with our dog.

As time goes by, my stars go down. I loved the communication with these guys, they're very helpful and responsive. However, we are over a year past our training sessions and e-collar, and after spending nearly $1,000, my dog only responds to commands while he has the collar on. If the collar isn't on, he doesn't do anything I say especially if there's any type of distraction around. Not where I thought we'd be after all this time. Kind of disappointed especially because I was told it was “guaranteed”.
