I'm only leaving 1 star because they did help with my dogs behavior. Why their not getting more is because my dog came home filthy and with fleas. My dog is highly allergic to fleas an I told them that before they came an picked her up. God forbid if something happened to her, this probably would be a different post. Now I understand why they pick the dogs up because they don't want you to see the conditions of wherever they are. My dog is my world that's why I was getting her trained. Tony, our trainer, was awesome and extremely helpful! He helped us with our older (8 year old) border collie who was aggressively stealing and guarding food. We learned how to set boundaries and the results were great! We addressed everything we set out to fix and more. Like, now we walk around the block regularly (without our arm getting yanked off!
I had a very unruly puppy and I was at wits ends with trying to break her bad habits she was a good puppy overall but she did jump. I did a lot of research on different training companies, I had tip top come out and my dog absolutely loved them, my goal wasn't to find a trainer that I personally liked but it was to find someone my dog was equally comfortable with so I was sold. I adopted a dog expecting a lazy pitty but found out I had a high energy Malinois/dutch shepherd mix. I had used Tip Top before and I knew who to call right away. They were able to come and do home lesson and it was amazing. Misty was great to work with and our dog Storm loved her.
Our trainer, Chris, was great! We highly recommend this company. We had a couple lessons in our home and have seen great improvements in a short time. Highly recommend.
