Mikal & the Tip Top K9 team are heaven sent! Bucky is my first dog and I was in over my head, looking for so many trainers but making sure it was done in an effective, loving way and we’re beyond happy! All our concerns have been corrected and Mikal does such a good job of not only teaching us what to do but explaining the WHY and our dog’s thought processes to help us understand better. Can’t recommend them enough!
We cannot fully articulate our appreciation for the phenomenal training we received from Tip Top. Mike was great with our Sheepadoodle mix. He got to listen and obey in just a few quick lessons.
I want to start by saying that Mike and his staff are absolutely amazing. They go above and beyond to make sure that each and every customer feels comfortable during their visit. We sent our hyperactive 1.5 year old goldendoodle (Ozzie) for a 2 week bootcamp and we were blown away when he came back. During the entire 2 weeks, Mike sent videos showing progress almost daily. Mikal met me at my house back in December for a consultation for my super territorial, under socialized 7 year old dog, Lola. I was hopeful yet mostly pessimistic that he would be able to help me convince Lola not to eat my fiancé, who was planning to move in in the coming months. As expected, Lola greeted Mikal with all of her teeth and a lunge forward that I had come to expect from her.
