Tyler was amazing with our dog Rudy. He came to our home and explained the process, and even showed us examples of commands that he would work on! Rudy was gone for three weeks, and Tyler gave us updates as often as we wanted. He was so kind and gave us lots of pictures and information as to how he was doing and his progress.
