Loved Tip Top K9 because of their intentionality with our puppy in training and intentionality with us to keep us updated. Our puppy was night and day once she returned from training in regard to obedience and helped us a lot!!
We did a lot of research before choosing this company for our two big boys’ board-and-train, and it absolutely paid off. From the start, communication was excellent. They listened to our concerns, crafted a plan tailored to our dogs’ personalities, and kept us in the loop with regular updates. When we picked them up, we could see the results immediately. They’re still their goofy, loving selves, just with so much more confidence and manners. Couldn’t be more grateful!
I am sad to have to update my review. I initially gave 5 stars, but I did so in ignorance. The methods this organization uses are abusive and can ultimately worsen the behavior of a dog with anxiety issues. My dog was initially great, but he steadily began showing aggression, snapping at people. I finally learned this is an inevitable progression for a dog who receives pain (the e-collar they use) for behavior issues.
