Outstanding service from Tip Top Doors Company! Jack was exceptionally professional, and the installation was flawless. The craftsmanship of this German-made door is stunning and visibly higher quality than other options out there. I highly recommend them
We recently had a new garage door installed by Tip Top and couldn't be happier with the experience from start to finish. Diana was fantastic to work with. She took the time to walk us through all the available options, explained the pros and cons of each style, and helped us find a door that fit both our home's aesthetic and budget. There was zero pressure, just honest, knowledgeable guidance. Jack handled the installation and did an outstanding job. He showed up right on time, was friendly and professional, and clearly knew... read more
Jacek and Diana are great!!! We’ve used this garage door company multiple times now, and they’ve been excellent every single time. Their work is consistently high quality, they show up when they say they will, and they’re very knowledgeable about what they do. Every job has been done right the first time, with no shortcuts. On top of that, their customer service is great — professional, honest, and easy to work with. It’s hard to find companies this reliable anymore, and they’ve definitely earned our trust. We wouldn’t hesit... read more
Fast professional service in every respect. Every question was answered. I was presented with various options. Great service I used Tip-Top Dor's services again. Just like before, it was fast and professional. Perhaps it's because I'm a regular customer, but I highly recommend them to everyone.
Brand new home and the garage door constantly seizes up and beeps. Stuck in and out of the garage constantly. He came out one time and put some grease on it and it worked for about 3 days. He now says it needs “maintenance” and is no longer his problem even though it has had issues from the day we moved in. Awful communication, you’ll be lucky to get a response. Look elsewhere.
