Good morning, message to other vendors/recyclers that this shop does not pay bills...multiple attempts to collect on overdue account with no answer from owner or accounts payable. Other recyclers are in same situation. I don't usually post negative reviews but after exhausting all forms of communication with business this is what I am left with. This is a very bad repair shop. I don't understand why ICBC treats it as a designated repair shop. ICBC asked me to find a car repair shop to estimate the accident. Then I came here and put down my Icbc maintenance number. They asked me to go home and wait for the news. But they haven't contacted me for 3 months. When I come to them again, they say they don't have any paper documents. They have seen my car, but they don't have my maintenance documents, so they can't find it and won't give me another estimate.
